The word is out – in the world of beverages, kombucha is having a moment. Kombucha - 'booch' to some - is fizzy, tart, and packed with probiotics. Technically, it's fermented tea. My go-to in Portland is Root Wild Kombucha on Washington Avenue, where you can grab a to-go draft, growler, or cans of their signature flavors.
