Crispy Gai is a takeout-only concept currently operating in Monument Square with a singular focus on chicken (‘gai’ in Thai). Daily sell-outs have trained locals to place orders early for pick-up later in the day, particularly for the sweet and sour Issan glazed nuggets. Everything on the menu is enticing, from sandwiches, wings, and combo buckets to salads that complement the chili heat with cilantro and lemongrass. Dipping sauces add even more flavor. The portion sizes are extra-generous, perfect for sharing with a group or bringing to a party like we did with our latest order.
