Flavorful Flair at Pacifico

Saco’s Pacifico restaurant brings Latin flair to local ingredients with fabulous style and service. The old mill dining room is a great place to have dinner, and nearly every offering (plus cocktails!) can be ordered for curbside pick-up or delivery.

Pacifico’s flavors, inspired by Central and South American cuisine, have been well rehearsed by local restauranteurs Carlos Guzman and Alejandra Herrera, who also own Quiero Café in Saco and Portland. Their aim is to showcase the rich culinary traditions and culture of their Chilean and Columbian heritages, and they definitely hit the mark with the upscale dishes at Pacifico. Plus, the amazingly creative cocktails are a perfect complement to the food, with tropical undertones of rum, passion fruit, pineapple, mezcal, and the like that will make you feel like you are sipping your way through another latitude.

Check out Pacifico for an upscale experience with Latin food that will leave you craving more. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
