This year marks 21 years for me in real estate.

Twenty-one years of homes and clients and negotiations and mistakes and wins and more lessons than I could ever count.

And somewhere along the way, what started as just me became us.

So it feels like a good time to tell you a little bit about who we are and how we work.

We are a small team, intentionally.

We believe relationships matter more than transactions.

People matter more than volume.

And love and connection matter more than position.

We have incredibly high standards. We work really hard. We care about the details, probably more than is reasonable sometimes. But never at the expense of being good humans.

We trust each other to do really great work.

We believe you can be ambitious without being cutthroat. Competitive without making everything a competition. Successful without sacrificing your entire life to prove how hard you work.

We believe flexibility and accountability can exist in the same place.

We tell each other the truth. We ask for help. We own our mistakes. We step in for each other. And we laugh. A lot.

And we really, really love Maine.

Not just the beautiful houses or the coastline that photographs so well. We love the people. The communities. The small businesses. The working waterfronts. The places where everybody knows everybody and the places that are changing right before our eyes.

Maine isn't simply the market we work in. It's home. And we feel incredibly lucky to make a living helping people find their place in it.

After 21 years, I still love selling real estate. I still love the houses, the strategy, the negotiating and yes, I still really like winning.

But what I value most about this business has changed.

I care less about how big we can make it and much more about how good we can make it.

Good for our clients.
Good for our communities.
Good for Maine.
And good for the people I’m lucky enough to do this work alongside.

Because I don’t think we have to choose between being really good at what we do and being really good to the people we do it with.
