Since I'm passionate about real estate, I love projects that create new resources for my clients. Over the last couple of months, I've been developing this brand new site to offer a platform for sharing my perspective on Maine's real estate market and the communities where I work. Gathering the material for a new website has encouraged me to revisit the places that I know and love, finding fresh ways to articulate what makes Maine so special. And, it's connected me with awesome people like videographer Daniel Lyons and photographer Kari Herer. Special acclaim goes to my mom, Lisa Shields, for expertly crafting so much of the language!
This project has reminded me of all of the intricacies of a real estate transaction. There are so many moving parts, trigger points, and domino effects, but in the end there's a place where people come together to share comments, exchange questions, and find ideas.
