This month, the spotlight is on Stroudwater Distillery. It’s a very cool spot on Thompson’s Point that prides itself on tradition in crafting vodka, gin, rum, rye whiskey, and more spirits. This is the perfect time of year to enjoy an al fresco cocktail on Stroudwater’s heated patio, especially if you stop in on a Friday when there’s live music. During the week, there’s comedy and trivia, and their line-up of special events across the year includes local craft fairs and infusion workshops. The best part is that Stroudwater mixes Portland community and Maine tradition with everything they serve.
