You all know how much I love taking advantage of Portland’s trails for biking and trekking, but I’m also a major fan of stationery cycling, AKA spin, at Rêve Cycling Studio.
This awesome woman-led business is a wellness haven that tailors a fitness experience to your experience and comfort level. The state-of-the-art studio on Forest Avenue makes working out feel glam – the space is light-filled and beautiful, and the instructors are on point. Right now, my favorite way to spin is at the outdoor classes that Rêve offers at Thompson’s Point. High-energy waterfront workouts are an amazing way to start the day or decompress after work – check out the morning Tone & Cycle sessions if you want a kickstart. If you’re a spin skeptic, you may enjoy Rêve’s yoga sessions (at the studio and Thompson’s Point).
