This Portland-based operation is a mobile raw bar and special event catering company that sources its seafood primarily from female-led marine farms, helping to expand opportunity and inclusion on the waterfront while presenting the highest quality fresh fare and service. Since launching about a year ago, Lady Shuckers has been a big presence at special events and festivals like Harvest on the Harbor, plus popping up at hot spots like Après.
