Pratt’s Brook Park

Pratt’s Brook Park is a fantastic complex of trails sprawling over more than 200 acres in Yarmouth. Any time of year is pleasant for a visit, but this season is optimal for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing through the storybook-style landscape of pine forests and meadows. The trails are maintained and surfaces are groomed for skiers, with levels of ease that are suitable for beginners or anyone seeking moderate challenge. On the north side of the park, there’s a disc golf course that’s a great activity for warmer months. With such extensive protected acreage, there is abundant wildlife on show throughout the year, including horned owls, beavers, and deer.

Because the trail system is complex, it’s a good idea to print a map before your visit. Please note that in order to preserve the trails, certain activities like mountain biking are not permitted. But if you’re a snow sports aficionado (or a beginner!), you’ll love taking time to visit Pratt’s Brook Park in Yarmouth.
